each of the two roof spaces are sizable enough to function as a terrace, but the fact they are currently completely disconnected from one another will make at least one of them obsolete.

the terrace has the size, and proximity to the kitchen to be practical, it is well protected by taller loft building surrounding it, but as those are mostly commercial, it does not hinder privacy while still protecting it. personally i would put a brink pizza oven in one far corner and a built in charcoal grill on the other side with a large counter between and, get some vegetation.

the positioning of this building, and this terrace, make its views unique. however, it also robs it of some of the privacy one comes to expect at this price point.

lovely terrace, with excellent skyling views and excellent proportions it also has some architectural detailing on the building and the corners to make it very unique.

currently mostly raw space, with decent views, and little in the way of obstructions.

while the primary bedroom outdoor space is just a narrow balcony, the direct living terrace is just large enough for a small dining table along a seating area. by splitting the square footage, neither area achieves the scale necessary for true entertaining, resulting in high-altitude utility rather than luxury.
