the building’s interiors were designed by paris forino with modern design and timeless details. 222 e. broadway’s homes feature oversized windows and 7” wide oak floors. the kitchens are equipped with custom italian cabinetry, marble countertops and miele, subzero and bosch appliances and the primary baths feature marble floors and custom glaze ceramic tile as well as waterwork bath fixtures.
