too narrow to get much use, but the view is pretty epic, so you may just want to walk out every one in a while.

is the virtual images suggest this is all the making of a very pleasant terrace the access from the living room and the kitchen is excellent layout in a crevice of the building. exit very protected from the wind and the views in in certain directions are very decent. all in this space will add joy to your living experience.

the access; descending a metal stairs down one flight will be off-putting for some. the fact your neighbor surrounds your terrace on both sides means you better not pick a fight.
