large terrace with lots of vegetation.... too much vegetation, in fact. this place needs some tlc.

this terrace offers a footprint large enough to be a functional space for entertaining, but the immediate surroundings lack the visual draw to bring friends over. if you intend to use this as a true social hub, some serious work will need to be put in. it is a massive, utilitarian blank canvas that requires significant effort to overcome its sterile atmosphere.

glass railing, two chairs, a side table, and just over six feet of width. this direct living terrace does exactly one thing well: morning coffee for two with a corridor view of midtown brick and glass. neighbors can see you, you can see them. nobody's throwing a dinner party out here.
