this terrace has a practical layout and dimensions. however, the metal railing robs the place of any intimacy while leaving you somewhat overexposed. the only way to remedy that is by using copious vegetation.

two terraces, but only the direct living terrace has any practical value. as the living level terrace is too narrow.

this rooftop cabana is too small to be a real draw for people to drag themselves all the way up and use it so what you end up with is a nice amenity that you will probably use a handful of times a year.

direct access from the kitchen is very desirable as it make for perfect summer dinner parties. the exposed brick wall makes for a perfect movie night.

too narrow for dining or entertaining, this terrace also lacks charm, but it more than makes up for that with vistas and a lovely hot tub.

the layout and access to this terrace are excellent, making it an inviting setting for family dinners or small gatherings. the only drawback is that the neighboring building is relatively close, which does restrict some of the views.

the views over the west village are good, but the river view are excellent making this small terrace a great place to watch the summer sunsets.

private outdoor spaces on every level, but the terrace on the top floor is the main outdoor with partial water views. the rec room on that level adds usability to the terrace and makes perfect place for a bar.
