each of the two roof spaces are sizable enough to function as a terrace, but the fact they are currently completely disconnected from one another will make at least one of them obsolete.

the terrace has the size, and proximity to the kitchen to be practical, it is well protected by taller loft building surrounding it, but as those are mostly commercial, it does not hinder privacy while still protecting it. personally i would put a brink pizza oven in one far corner and a built in charcoal grill on the other side with a large counter between and, get some vegetation.

to narrow to have any practical use and the fact the windows are made opaque suggests the view is also not worthy, but that is a missed opportunity as that makes it perfect for planting to control your views

twenty-two hundred square feet of direct living space with mature japanese maples, layered seating zones, and room to host thirty without anyone bumping elbows. the plantings took years to establish. multiple access points mean traffic flows naturally. a rooftop this finished is genuinely rare.

too narrow to get much use, but the view is pretty epic, so you may just want to walk out every one in a while.
