views are good from this otherwise unremarkable terrace. a bit too narrow for some forms of entertaining, but some ingenuity can still make is awesome.

fantastic terrace in terms of size, the layout is not ideal unless you are an avid swimmer, as the best space of the terrace is exclusively for the pool. privacy is also currently an issue but that can be remedied bu planing a row of pine hedges.

this living level terrace is a 2,700-square-foot beast with primary access through the kitchen. while it boasts lush vegetation and massive scale, the central park and skyline views are frustratingly tucked away. you essentially have a private park where the best vistas are limited to a single "standing room only" vantage point.

lovely place to relax and soak up the view, without the glare of windows. at only 5 ft wide, it can handle some chairs and a bistro table, so you can play backgammon as well.
