large terrace with lots of vegetation.... too much vegetation, in fact. this place needs some tlc.

two terraces, spread over two levels, offer great flexibility, the only real problem is neither level has views to brag about.

the layout of this terrace is excellent, and all it needs to be a perfect place is some tlc and vegetation.

these terraces are unimproved so we will just have to guess to how god they can be... if all we have is size and view, this will always be a mixed bag, but could be made enjoyable.

very cool space, and the reflecting pool certainly is a unique feature, but together with the hidden storage spaces it takes up half the terrace, leaving you with an elegant space to sit, but not a lot of space to entertain

this terrace has the access, dimensions and layout to be great, but the lack of images worry me.

practical direct living terrace, with some unusual twists, making a joy to be on. the smaller balcony off the kitchen is noteworthy as a large sliding door, makes it on with the kitchen.

terrace on this elevation are not for those with a fear of height, or even the faint of heart, but for those who can handle it, there is nothing like it.
