the size of this terrace is decent maybe even good and the condition of it is very pleasant. however it is difficult to see it being a practical place.

if the only terrace for this home was the wrap around, it would already be exceptional as it is almost 10 feet wide everywhere. however the north terrace ads a level of practicality that is almost never seen in this building style.

this nearly complete wrap around terrace has several useful areas, each of them perfectly curated to connect with he interior. once the vegetation is more mature, it will be perfect.
