stunningly large terrace, perfect for a competition scale croquet lawn..and still have room for a soccer pitch.

currently mostly raw space, with decent views, and little in the way of obstructions.

fantastic views are ensured from every spot on this terrace, too bad most of it is too narrow for most traditional entertaining uses.

fourteen feet of width through floor-to-ceiling glass, which means the terrace reads as part of the living room even before you step out. west-facing with city skyline views, planters already greening up the edges. some neighbor sightlines, sure, but 485 square feet absorbs that easily. dinner for eight works here.

small private terrace tucked into the corner of the building. it has great privacy and quiet, at the expense of views.

currently completely unused as a terrace these outdoor space seems to have very little practical used beyond a planting terrace. however, it is quite possible at the area of the bedroom can make for a very nice place to have your morning cup with joe.

the terrace has is excellently connected to both the living and primary bedroom. and that is rare. the fact the building across the street (fit) is low also provides great privacy and views.

twelve feet of width facing south and east, with the downtown skyline arranged in the distance like a postcard you actually live in. the sectional fits, the view delivers, and the privacy is better than most high-floor terraces manage. a direct living space that earns its glass wall, though the manicured hedges are doing most of the personality work. room for a small dinner party, not a crowd.

this direct roof terrace is a classic "look but don't touch" scenario. while the size is decent, access via a ladder from the primary bedroom is more of a gymnastic feat than a luxury feature. the lack of perimeter protection makes it a liability for anyone without wings.

direct access from the kitchen is very desirable as it make for perfect summer dinner parties. the exposed brick wall makes for a perfect movie night.

if the only terrace for this home was the wrap-around, it would already be exceptional, as it is almost 10 feet wide everywhere. however, the north terrace adds a level of practicality that is almost never seen in this building style.
