terrace on this elevation are not for those with a fear of height, or even the faint of heart, but for those who can handle it, there is nothing like it.

views are decent, space is decent, access from the living room and the primary is cool, this is a nice terrace to have, and will be great for breakfast or dinner.

the stair is blessed with excellent river views. it also has the width and the dimensions to be supremely practical and when you get tired of looking at the river, there's all these architectural details on the building. that are also interesting to see.

planting terraces are the most under appreciated terraces, and therefore make for great purchases. they do not cost much, but if used as the name suggest, can add a valuable joy to the indoor living.

nice tarrace, and wide enough for a dining table. and as long as you place it against the railing or the wall, you can even pass it. the condition is nothing special, but the views are pretty good

unique terrace layout with enough space most uses. the biggest drawback is being right on sixth avenue with its traffic.
