too many terraces to keep track of (7) making the outdoor accessible from every major room. but the direct living terrace is the one that all terraces in manhattan will be measured against.

the size and layout of this terrace are good, but the lack of privacy has forced the use of unattractive fencing, changing those will do wonders.

the numbers suggest a better terrace than the reality, as it is too small in most areas.

several places of the upper level terrace are wide enough for entertaining while the rest are stunning wrap around terraces on all sides.

very nicely protected, this terrace will be a good place for gatherings. the covered area makes for a perfect grilling station

this well sized private roof is under appreciated and completely undeveloped, with some planning it could be a nice place with great views, although its overexposure will need to be dealt with. and access is a nightmare.

20 ft wide is plenty for even large scale entertaining, and it can easily become a de-facto living room when the weather allows

in terms of layout, this terrace is excellent, but as a raw space, it is void of personality and work will need to be put in to make it shine.

excellent direct roof terrace, with both the views and the size needed to get all your friends to accept your invite. the summer kitchen will be very handy when they get hungry.

views are stunning from this terrace, the unknown is how the division with your neighboring terrace is handled.
