the building architectural details on this terrace make it a standout, and the size make it practical. combined they make it unique.

at 10 feet wide and over 30 ft long there is not much one cannot do for al fresco enjoyment, the views are perfect pleasant, although not stunning.

this close to the river can get windy, but the width is good enough to get heavy furniture that will not blow away, the views are fantastic but planting might prove challenging.

the direct living terrace might not be much more than a glorified planting terrace, but the second level terrace is exceptional, with a very high cover that makes it easy to enjoy year around, end stunning views that go forever.
