the only drawback to this utterly charming terrace is that it is only accessible through the bedroom, and possibly its proximity to the brooklyn bridge which is at the same elevation here.

the glass house design of this apartment makes the terraces an integrated part of the whole design, the execution is perfect here, with enough room for relaxation, and dining, but the pool is divine

small hidden gem. access is a bit challenging, but once there the terrace is a fun place with a decent view of an architecturally elegant neighbor.

proportion are fine, but a bit tight, however, the views make this an outstanding terrace.

both terraces are lovely, the direct living terrace is more like a covered porch, an exterior extension of the living space. the second level terrace on the other hand is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets or enjoy a late night with some close friends.

this terrace is safely tucked in the back corner of the building surrounded by the building, so it is very quiet, at her expense of a very limited view

large terrace with great city views, and some oblique park views

views are good from this otherwise unremarkable terrace. a bit too narrow for some forms of entertaining, but some ingenuity can still make is awesome.

this elegant roof terrace is proof of how much can be gained with great landscaping,

excellent execution of an uptown direct roof terrace, with decent views from every direction. making it exceptional is the versatility with a flush pool on one side and a fireplace lounge on the other.

the proximity to the neighboring building reduces the privacy, and will take away some of the joy. the condition of the terrace will make up for that.

the indoor-outdoor fireplace is certainly a nice touch. one that you do not see too often. the view over park avenue is always a nice feature.
