lovely place to relax and soak up the view, without the glare of windows. at only 5 ft wide, it can handle some chairs and a bistro table, so you can play backgammon as well.

this close to the river can get windy, but the width is good enough to get heavy furniture that will not blow away, the views are fantastic but planting might prove challenging.

on the 12th floor this terrace is elevated enough to be reasonably quiet, making it a very comfortable spot to be. the dimensions and layout make it ideal for entertaining.
