small but potent terrace, just large enough to have a nice collection of plants and a couch or a dining table, if you want both a bistro table will have to do.

although the direct living terrace is more a balcony, the terrace off the dining room adds real optionality

too small to be practical as a stand alone space, but perfect for opening the living space to the outdoor.

loggias are more useful at this elevation. and one with glass walls to the kitchen and living room, make it feel like a living space

most of this terrace is adequate, but it has some spots that are large enough to accommodate a dining table or sectional for lounging. in those spots it is hard to imagine spot to soak up the park.

not wide enough for anything more than some sideways chairs, but this makes for a perfect planting terrace

a loggia tucked safely in the building cutout is a clever way to give some practicality to a space that is otherwise limited in use at this elevation

at this elevation any terrace has limited practical use, when it is only 4-5 feet wide, it is useless and most people would never venture out there.

this terrace lacks privacy, and could benefit from some improvements, but on a whole still great to have this space readily accessible.

the terrace has is excellently connected to both the living and primary bedroom. and that is rare. the fact the building across the street (fit) is low also provides great privacy and views.

the dimensions and views from this terrace are excellent, too bad that access is only though a common stairwell reducing its usefulness tremendously

the one area that is wider that 4 feet increase the usability of this terrace substantially, the views are open adding to the draw to just sit and work out there.
