it only 3.9 feet wide. these terraces are too small for anything but stargazing cigar, smoking and cappuccino drinking . but views are decent enough to make those regular occurrences.

this nearly complete wrap around terrace has several useful areas, each of them perfectly curated to connect with he interior. once the vegetation is more mature, it will be perfect.

excellent execution of an uptown direct roof terrace, with decent views from every direction. making it exceptional is the versatility with a flush pool on one side and a fireplace lounge on the other.
