two lovely terraces, the direct living terrace has easy access to the kitchen, making it perfect for dining, while the direct roof is perfect for larger scale entertaining, and bbq-ing

balcony like in its layout and dimensions. the lack of images make it difficult to asses.

the distant skyline views from the lower east side penthouses are epic, and this one follows that pattern. the space is there to be practical, but little has been done so far to make it welcoming.

this direct living terrace offers attractive views, but at just 6.2 ft wide, has limited practicality beyond a bistro table or a cozy seating.

the balcony above will give good rain cover, making this. great place to sit on a rainy day and enjoy the fact you are not in that traffic crossing the bridge

decent all-around. decent size, decent excess, decent views, decent conditions, nothing outstanding but sometimes decent is all you need for pure joy.
