a roof access terrace with ten feet of width and city skyline views to the south, staged within an inch of its life. the planter box adds some greenery, the furniture suggests dinner for two is possible. some neighbor sightlines, but nothing that ruins the mood. one hundred fifty square feet used thoughtfully.

the two terraces have excellent dimensions, but the fencing around it will detract from the joy.
