the two terraces have excellent dimensions, but the fencing around it will detract from the joy.

the glass house design of this apartment makes the terraces an integrated part of the whole design, the execution is perfect here, with enough room for relaxation, and dining, but the pool is divine

a penthouse roof terrace with over 1,200 square feet and 27 feet of width is already doing a lot of the work. the glass skylight inset is a nice architectural flex, the mature tree has clearly been here a while, and the western exposure means evening drinks happen naturally. direct living flow through those sliders, good privacy, real entertaining scale. someone actually thought this through.
