both terraces are lovely, the direct living terrace is more like a covered porch, an exterior extension of the living space. the second level terrace on the other hand is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets or enjoy a late night with some close friends.

the views over the west village are good, but the river view are excellent making this small terrace a great place to watch the summer sunsets.

too small for most types of entertaining, but just as depicted, perfect for some comfy lounging

fanatastic indoor-outdoor flow give this a real surreal vibe, especially with open views of both the river and the city skyline the size of this terrace also mean that everything is possible.

terraces of this size, combined with these views hardly ever come on the market, and when they are in a good condition like this they are not likely to stay on the market very long

large terrace with lots of vegetation.... too much vegetation, in fact. this place needs some tlc.

if these terrace will look half as good as the renderings suggest, they will still be exceptional
