this smallish terrace might not give you great vistas when seated, but being located in west chelsea you will get plenty of sky views. making this a comfortable place for some cozy r & r

this terrace has the dimensions to be an excellent place for recreation, but you will have to put some effort in to make it a destination. the limited views do not help
