some areas are too narrow to be very practical and the views are a mixed bag... but on a good day, the only things that matter is that you have a place for smoking cigars, and enjoy some much needed r&r.

the oversized balcony off the living room will certainly prove invaluable when entertaining in the evening, but for daytime gatherings the direct roof terrace is certainly the place to go.

to narrow to have any practical use and the fact the windows are made opaque suggests the view is also not worthy, but that is a missed opportunity as that makes it perfect for planting to control your views

excellent water views make this terrace a pleasure for some relaxing contemplation. but to be fully enjoyed some tlc will need to be given.

this terrace has the access, size and views that make it extremely desirable,,, the one drawback is that at this elevation, wind can really affect the usability.
