the privacy fencing is a throwback to an era when it was needed, and makes the terrace feel a little bit like a cage, but once you get over that, the views over the common interior garden ensure that noise will not be a factor.

the layout lends itself well to separate the dining and lounging areas on this very comfortably sized terrace with decent views (note the width is 9'8" not 19'8")

together the main floor terraces make for a excellent terrace, however, each one on its own lacks the dimensions to be versatile.

fantastic terrace in terms of size, the layout is not ideal unless you are an avid swimmer, as the best space of the terrace is exclusively for the pool. privacy is also currently an issue but that can be remedied bu planing a row of pine hedges.

very cool space, and the reflecting pool certainly is a unique feature, but together with the hidden storage spaces it takes up half the terrace, leaving you with an elegant space to sit, but not a lot of space to entertain

practical direct living terrace, with some unusual twists, making a joy to be on. the smaller balcony off the kitchen is noteworthy as a large sliding door, makes it on with the kitchen.
