two thousand square feet with freedom tower anchoring the skyline and enough width to host a proper dinner party while someone else lounges unbothered across the way. the perimeter planters add greenery without eating into usable floor space. neighbors have sightlines, sure, but at this scale you can always find a corner to yourself.
