balcony-like in size and feel, this terrace is nice because of the tranquility of its surroundings.

the river views make this small-ish terrace a pleasant place for relaxing. the narrow part is excellent for planters to direct the views where you want them, while the larger part easily accommodates a dining table.

amazing views of central park, too bad, that view is only available from the northern tip of the terrace, the rest will have to do with oblique views.

the terrace here is just large enough to be useful. however, to stand out feature of this terrace is the proximity to the tree. it is always a treat to be surrounded by vegetation, but when that vegetation requires no maintenance for you whatsoever is an absolute win.
