the location of these two terraces make them an excellent continuation of the living spaces and offer this home the excellent indoor-outdoor flow that many buyers look for.

despite being too narrow to have entertainment value, and lack some views straight out the back, this is a nice respite with its "manmade canyon views" to the east

large space, but most of it is unimproved... the biggest unknown is how the nearby mechanicals may affect the noise level on this terrace.

although the quality of the craftsmanship is not very high. some effort was put in to make this terrace enjoyable, with a pergola providing a beautiful spot to sit and taking in dramatic views.

at this elevation any terrace has limited practical use, when it is only 4-5 feet wide, it is useless and most people would never venture out there.

nice low floor direct living terrace, at 5 ft wide it has practical use, but the thing that makes it nice is the way the partition with the building common element is handled, the planter is much nicer than usual 6 ft fence.

currently used more as an open-air storage space than a terrace, what a pity. but with a little vision it is not hard to imagine what this space could be.

the access; descending a metal stairs down one flight will be off-putting for some. the fact your neighbor surrounds your terrace on both sides means you better not pick a fight.
