the access; descending a metal stairs down one flight will be off-putting for some. the fact your neighbor surrounds your terrace on both sides means you better not pick a fight.

this smallish terrace might not give you great vistas when seated, but being located in west chelsea you will get plenty of sky views. making this a comfortable place for some cozy r & r
